After your workout with us, you continue to burn calories all day because of our strength training that stimulates metabolism and increases energy.  Our workouts allow our members to burn an estimated 300 - 500 calories in 30 minutes.**

WHAT YOU NEED.

How easy is it to train virtually? We're glad you asked! All you need is a smart phone, I- Pad, or computer and you can Get Fit With Curtis LITERALLY anywhere! Once you enroll in your program, you'll receive your virtual "room key" and you can join the next class! You'll also receive in your welcome email details on any items you may want to pick up for your workout like weights, bands, and other useful tips to aid in your success.
