"As someone who has battled their weight all their life, I decided I needed a change.  December 2020, I thought like everyone else...New Year, new me. But, I took it seriously and embarked upon a health and wellness journey. That included changing my diet and exercising. I was apprehensive about going to the gym, especially during Covid, and my friend introduced me to virtual training with Curtis. It allowed to me to get the physical workout I needed in the comfort of my own home; with the same, if not better results. I officially started January 16th and knew I needed commited to daily exercise with my trainer. From that moment to present, I've lost a total of 90lbs and have never felt better! I'm thankful for Curtis of Fit for Your Journey for helping me to remain consistent, holding me accountable and pushing me past my personal limitations. "
